I didn't post an update for myself last week. I wish I would have been able to but I just couldn't post about a gain. I didn't change my diet, my exercise but I should have because it all evened out this week. Last week I gained 1.2 lbs...how? I have NO idea! Like I said before I didn't change anything. After a long week of waiting to see how my body would respond this week....I lost 5.4 lbs! Looking back at it, I am pretty sure my body is just adjusting to the huge changes that I have been making in my eating and activity levels. So if you take the 5.4 I lost and subtract the 1.2 I gained....It makes for a 4.2 lbs loss in the last 2 weeks.
So here is my update on my goals:
Starting weight: 209.6 lbs
Week 1 weight: 205 lbs (-4.6 lbs)
Week 2 weight: 203.8 lbs (-1.2 lbs)
Week 3 weight: 201.2 lbs (-2.6 lbs)
Week 4 weight: 197.6 lbs (-3.6 lbs)
Week 5 weight: 195.8 lbs (-1.8 lbs)
Week 6 weight: 197 lbs (+ 1.2 lbs)
Week 7 weight: 191.6 lbs (-5.4 lbs)
Total weight lost: -18 lbs
After 7 weeks I have met 45% of my first mini goal (40 lbs by 5/16/2010) and I have completed just under 24% of my total weight loss goal of losing 75.6 lbs.
57.6 lbs to go.......
