After 5 weeks of being back on WW things are going well. I haven't really been craving any junk except for chocolate and I am enjoying the healthy foods that I eat on a daily basis. After over a month of being back to healthy eating...I can't imagine not eating this way. It is hard though, I don't want to get too comfortable because I have been down this road before and gained it back. Yes the weight I gained back was partially from being pregnant with Alex and Ben but some of it was not....it was from eating junk or even good food but just too much of it. So my mini goal for this week is to make sure that not only making healthy choices but that I am making the best choices for my body. Example: Yes a 100 calorie pack is better than eating a piece of cake but an apple is much better than a 100 calorie pack. I need to focus on doing what is best for my long term health.
Goals Update:
Starting weight: 209.6 lbs
Week 1 weight: 205 lbs (-4.6 lbs)
Week 2 weight: 203.8 lbs (-1.2 lbs)
Week 3 weight: 201.2 lbs (-2.6 lbs)
Week 4 weight: 197.6 lbs (-3.6 lbs)
Week 5 weight: 195.8 lbs (-1.8 lbs)
Total weight lost: 13.8 lbs!
After 5 weeks I have met 34.5% of my first mini goal (40 lbs by 5/16/2010) and I have completed just over 18% of my total weight loss goal of losing 75.6 lbs.
61.8 lbs to go.......
