I will be honest. I was really nervous this week about weighing in. I stayed on plan but I didn't manage to exercise....at all. OUCH! But whatever I did worked because this week I lost 3.6 lbs!!!! AWESOME! That means I have lost over 5% of my total body weight. I could not be more excited at how easily the weight has been coming off this time around. I feel really great and am starting to notice the physical changes. I have 2 pairs of pants that are WAY to big for me now and I am starting to fit into some of my old clothes. At this rate my goal may actually be very realistic.
Goals Update:
Starting weight: 209.6 lbs
Week 1 weight: 205 lbs (-4.6 lbs)
Week 2 weight: 203.8 lbs (-1.2 lbs)
Week 3 weight: 201.2 lbs (-2.6 lbs)
Week 4 weight: 197.6 lbs (-3.6 lbs)
Total weight lost: 12 lbs!!!
After 4 weeks I have met 30% of my first mini goal (40 lbs by 5/16/2010) and I have completed almost 16% of my total weight loss goal of losing 75.6 lbs.
63.6 lbs to go.......
