After 3 weeks......

Week 3 of being back on weight watchers went really well. I feel like I have found my rhythm and am starting to trust how my body will react to each of the changes I am making. I did manage to work out more this week. I did a new Jillian Michaels DVD and it was tough. I only made it though 30 minutes before I thought I was seriously going to pass out. Overall I feel like the main challenges that I am still facing are finding time to plan my meals and making sure that I eat in the mornings. With all the craziness that goes on here in the mornings there are many times that I find myself not eating until almost 11 a.m. and by that time I am starving. I think I will try to make a rule of eating before 10 a.m. everyday and just make sure it happens. I have to make it and me a priority.

Goal Update:

Starting weight: 209.6 lbs
Week 1 weight: 205 lbs (-4.6 lbs)
Week 2 weight: 203.8 lbs (-1.2 lbs)
Week 3 weight: 201.2 lbs (-2.6 lbs)
Total Weight Lost: 8.4 lbs

So I have met 21% of my first mini goal (40 lbs by 5/16/2010) and I have met 11% of my final goal of losing 75.6 lbs in 2010.
