Forgotten Blog

I have not blogged in almost 6 weeks....but guess what I am still on track with WW. As of my last post I had lost a total of 23.2 lbs. After 16 weeks on plan I have now lost a total of 32.2 lbs! I have had ups and downs and have lived life. There are times when I have to use the flexability of the plan but that is why it is there....a plan not a diet.

Here is my updated information:


Week 1 weight: 205 lbs (-4.6 lbs)
Week 2 weight: 203.8 lbs (-1.2 lbs)
Week 3 weight: 201.2 lbs (-2.6 lbs)
Week 4 weight: 197.6 lbs (-3.6 lbs)
Week 5 weight: 195.8 lbs (-1.8 lbs)
Week 6 weight: 197 lbs (+ 1.2 lbs)
Week 7 weight: 191.6 lbs (-5.4 lbs)
Week 8 weight: 189.8 lbs (-1.8 lbs)
Week 9 weight: 189.2 lbs (-.6 lbs)
Week 10 weight: 186.4 lbs (-2.8 lbs)
Week 11 weight: 186 lbs (-.4 lbs)
Week 12 weight: 184 lbs (-2 lbs)
Weeek 13 weight: 181.2 lbs (-2.8 lbs)
Week 14 weight: 181.6 lbs (+.4 lbs)
Week 15 weight: 178.8 lbs (-2.8 lbs)
Week 16 weight: 177.4 lbs (-1.4 lbs)

Total weight lost: -32.2 lbs

After 16 weeks I have met 80.5% of my first mini goal (40 lbs by 5/16/2010) and I have completed 42.5% of my total weight loss goal of losing 75.6 lbs by the end of 2010.
